Book An Appointment
In any event, you feel uncomfortable or notice something out of the ordinary, book an appointment via the website or call the listed numbers.
Consultation
Our friendly staff will set an appointment and you will get to see the doctor to discuss your medical condition.
Diagnostics
The doctor will diagnose the ailment and this will involve some laboratory tests to ensure a verified and reliable diagnostic is used during the ultimate treatment.
Chemotherapy Notification Form
After the laboratory tests are completed, and you have been diagnosed with cancer, you will need a chemotherapy notification form signed by the doctor.
Consent for Treatment
Given the nature of chemotherapy treatment, consent will be required from the next of kin so that you can be attended to at our facility.
Prescription
If you have been receiving treatment from another doctor and would like to transfer to NRCC, you will be required to produce the first prescription signed by a consultant for the service.
Blood Test Results
While we conduct blood tests at the hospital, you are allowed to bring your own blood test results but not older than five days from the date of appointment.
Treatment
